Lanka Premier League player auction day after tomorrow !!
It was previously reported that the third phase of the third Lanka Premier League is scheduled to start on the 31st of this month. That is according to an official statement of Sri Lanka Cricket. Meanwhile, Sri Lanka Cricket sources have stated that the player selection process for this year’s Lanka Premier League will be held on the 5th of July which is the day after tomorrow.
However, the time of the selection process for the tournament has not yet been announced and five teams are going to compete in the Lanka Premier League this year as well this year also the Lanka Premier League will be played in Colombo and Hambantota.
Each team is allowed to retain 5 players before the player selection process which starts the day after tomorrow and this includes three local players and two foreign players.

කෙසේවෙතත් තරගාවලියේ ක්‍රීඩක තෝරාගැනීමේ ක්‍රියාවලිය පවත්වන වේලාව තවමත් ප්‍රකාශයට පත් කොට නොමැති අතර මෙවරත් ලංකා ප්‍රිමියර් ලීගයේදී කණ්ඩායම් පහක් තරග වැදීමට නියමිතය. මෙවරත් ලංකා ප්‍රිමියර් ලීග් තරගාවලිය කොළඹ හා හම්බන්තොටදී පැවැත්වෙනු ඇත.
අනිද්දා ඇරඹෙන ක්‍රීඩක තෝරාගැනීමේ ක්‍රියාවලියට පෙර එක් එක් කණ්ඩායමට ක්‍රීඩකයින් 5කු රඳවා ගැනීමට අවස්තාව හිමි කර දී ඇත. ඒ දේශීය ක්‍රීඩකයින් තිදෙනෙකු සහ විදෙස් ක්‍රීඩකයින් දෙදෙනෙකු වශයෙනි.
