Sri Lanka Football Team is about to face the Korea Republic in March 2021 at a neutral venue

As all we know, the Sri Lanka National football team has to play 3 more FIFA World Cup 2nd round qualification matches to full fill the round along with other Asian countries to play matchday 06, 07, and 08 matches to complete the second round.

Sri Lanka fall under the group of H along with the Asian Giant Korea Republic and at present Turkmenistan lead the group as the below group stats

To complete the balance matches FIFA and AFC instructed to schedule the matchday 06 & 07 on March 2021 and Matchday 08 in June to complete the round, therefore moving forward FFSL says they might be playing these two matchday 06 and 08 matches in a neutral venue due to the current prevailing situation of the country and quarantine procedure to adhere the scheduled dates of the matches from the FIFA

Sri Lanka is about to face DPR Korea (Away) in Korea and the Korea Republic (Home) on Sri Lankan soil, if these matches shifted to a neutral venue as per the FFSL, Football fans of Sri Lanka are going to miss out on a great opportunity to see one of the World Cup Team Korea Republic playing against Sri Lanka in Sri Lanka and definitely Son Heung-min Tottenham Hotspur F.C player.
