Australia Open to be postponed due to the Covid Spread

The Australian Open is scheduled to take place from January 18 to 31 (planned season).

However, now that the impact of the second wave of the corona has increased in Australia, the tennis administration has decided to hold the series from the 8th to the 28th of February.

Players who are participating in the tournament have been declared to be in isolation for 14 days due to the corona threat. The qualifying rounds for the Australian Open tennis tournament will be held from January 10 to 13 in Doha, the capital of Qatar.

After that, all players will then be isolated in Melbourne and then bring them to a safety zone. Afterward, the tournament would begin on February 8
