Vinuka Vismin Dias bags two Golds at the all Island Swimming Championship 2023

Vinuka Vismin Dias of Sivali Central College,  Ratnapura bagged 2 Gold medals at the all-Island Schools games swimming championship 2023, held at the Sugathadasa swimming pool complex,  last week. 

Competing in the under-14 category,  Vinuka Vismin Dias won the Gold medals in the 50-meter and 100-meter breaststroke events. This young lad is the first and foremost Gold winner to bring honor and glory to his Alma Mater,  Sivali Central College,  Ratnapura, and pride to Sabaragamuwa Province in his swimming career. 

Guidance from his Coach, Pathirana, and the able support and cooperation from the Principal,  Neel Wathukarawatta, MIC Danny, and his Parents were a tower of strength behind, for him to achieve this prestigious Gold medal at this all Island Swimming Championship 2023.
