Today is the match that will decide the fate of Sri Lanka in the 2022 Asian Cup!!!

Published

on

The second match of Group B of the preliminary round of Asia Cup 2022 starts today between Bangladesh and Afghanistan in Sharjah at 7.30 pm Sri Lanka time.

After Sri Lanka’s massive defeat against Afghanistan, Bangladesh must lose against Afghanistan and Sri Lanka in front of Sri Lanka if they are to secure a place in the Super Four round.

Even if Bangladesh beat Afghanistan, Sri Lanka has a chance to qualify for the Super Four round. But that’s probably just an unattainable mathematical goal.

So far, 8 T20 matches have been played between the two countries, out of which Afghanistan has won 05 matches and Bangladesh has won 03 matches.
