Three countries will start basketball selection matches together

The qualifying matches of the Under-10 South Asian Basketball Tournament, sponsored by the World Basketball Association, started yesterday (08-28) at the Sugathadasa Indoor Stadium in Colombo.

Sri Lanka, India and Maldives join this tournament.

The first match was held between Sri Lanka and Maldives and the under-16 team of Sri Lanka managed to win the match with 97 to 51 points. India and Maldives will compete tomorrow Sri Lanka and India will compete the day after tomorrow and the final match will be held on the 31st.

ප්‍රථම තරඟය ශ්‍රී ලංකාව හා මාලදිවයන අතර පැවැත්වූ අතර හිදී ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ අවුරුදු 16න් පහල කණ්ඩායම තරඟය ජයග්‍රහණය කිරීමට සමත්වුණා ලකුණු 97 ට පනස් එකක් ලෙස ඔවුන් විශිෂ්ට ජයක් ලැබුවා. හෙට දිනයේ දී ඉන්දියාව හා මාලදිවයින තරඟ වදින අතර අනිද්දා ශ්‍රී ලංකාව හා ඉන්දියාව තරඟ වැදීමට නියමිතයි අවසන් තරගය පැවැත්වෙන්නේ ඒ තිස් එක් වන දායි
