Things you can’t bring while visiting the FIFA World Cup
When we plan a trip or attend any event, we plan by making a list of things to bring. But more than that, it’s important to know what not to bring. If the authorities find anything that is restricted, they have the power to confiscate it or in some cases deny you entry. So before going, here are the things not to bring to FIFA World Cup matches.
- Weapons or anything that can be used as a weapon
- Fireworks
- Smoke powder
- Smoke canister
- A smoke bomb or other substitute
- Promotional or commercial materials
- Items that may infringe FIFA’s rights
- Anything that may harm public safety
- Flames
Finally, FIFA does not limit the basic needs of any individual. But any weapon or anything that could pose a threat to public safety is restricted inside the stadium.
