In the first women’s semi-final, Shehani & Chathurika fought hard against Kazakhstan’s Kabulbekova & Ivanchenko but narrowly lost 2-1 in a closely contested game.

Meanwhile, the all-Sri Lankan semi-final saw Deepika & Kasuni edge past Kasuni & Wasana with a 2-1 victory, securing a place in the final.

Men’s Semi-Finals: Sri Lanka’s Dileepa & Malith Reach the Final

The first men’s semi-final saw Iran’s GhalehNovi & Abolhassan dominate Sri Lanka’s Anjana & Sandun, winning 2-0.

However, Sri Lanka bounced back as Dileepa & Malith put on a commanding performance against Kazakhstan’s Gurin & Mokhammad, winning 2-0 to book a spot in the final.

In the women’s final, Deepika & Kasuni showcased resilience but fell short against Kazakhstan’s Kabulbekova & Ivanchenko, finishing as 1st Runner-up. Meanwhile, Shehani & Chathurika secured third place for Sri Lanka.
