Sachin, the world’s all-time leading run-scorer, reached a century on his Ranji Trophy debut in December 1988.
Coming in to bat at number seven at the Goa Cricket Association ground in Porvorim, Arjun was bowled out for 120 runs.
The left-handed batsman built his innings off 207 balls with 16 fours and 2 sixes.
