50 sports associations to the court against the new sports act
50 sports associations have decided to go to court against the dictatorial new sports bill presented by the sports minister.

It is reported that more than 50 sports associations in Sri Lanka have strongly objected to the many amendments that have already been included in the Sports Act.
They say that they will file a case in the Supreme Court against the sports minister’s dictatorial orders.
The sports associations claim that the amendments to this sports act have been made based on the wishes of a few people who are trying to send the sport to the bottom of the country and to fulfil their personal desires.
Accordingly, many sports associations such as cricket, rugby, football, karate, National Olympic Committee, and tennis have decided to enter a judicial process against these amendments.

මේ වන විටත් ක්රීඩා පනතට ඇතුළු කර ඇති සංශෝධන රැසකට මෙරට 50කට අධික ක්රීඩා සංගම් දැඩි විරෝධයක් පළ කර තිබෙන බව වාර්තා වනවා.
ඔවුන් පවසන්නේ, ක්රීඩා ඇමතිගේ ඒකාධිපති නියෝගවලට එරෙහි ව ශ්රේෂ්ඨාධිකරණයේ නඩු පවරන බව යි.
මෙරට ක්රීඩාව වළ පල්ලට යැවීමට, සහ තම පෞද්ගලික අභිමථාර්ත ඉටුකර ගැනීමට උත්සාහ දරන කිහිප දෙනෙකුගේ උවමනාවන් මත මෙම ක්රීඩා පනතට සංශෝධන සිදු කර ඇති බව යි ක්රීඩා සංගම් ප්රකාශ කරන්නේ.
ඒ අනුව ඉදිරියේ දී ක්රිකට්,රග්බි,පාපන්දු, කරාතේ,ජාතික ඔලිම්පික් කමිටුව,ටෙනිස් ඇතුළු ක්රීඩා සංගම් රැසක් මෙම සංශෝධනවලට එරෙහි ව අධිකරණමය ක්රියාවලියකට පිවිසීමට තීරණය කර තිබෙනවා.

விளையாட்டுத்துறை அமைச்சரினால் முன்வைக்கப்பட்ட சர்வாதிகார புதிய விளையாட்டு சட்டமூலத்திற்கு எதிராக 50 விளையாட்டு சங்கங்கள் நீதிமன்றம் செல்ல தீர்மானித்துள்ளன.

ஏற்கனவே விளையாட்டு சட்டத்தில் உள்ளடக்கப்பட்டுள்ள பல திருத்தங்களுக்கு இலங்கையில் உள்ள 50க்கும் மேற்பட்ட விளையாட்டு சங்கங்கள் கடும் எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவித்துள்ளதாக தெரிவிக்கப்படுகின்றது.
விளையாட்டுத்துறை அமைச்சரின் சர்வாதிகார உத்தரவை எதிர்த்து உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு தொடரப்போவதாக கூறுகின்றனர்.
விளையாட்டை நாட்டின் அடிமட்டத்திற்கு அனுப்ப முயற்சிக்கும் ஒரு சிலரின் விருப்பத்திற்கேற்பவும், அவர்களின் தனிப்பட்ட ஆசைகளை நிறைவேற்றிக் கொள்வதற்காகவும் இந்த விளையாட்டுச் சட்டத்தில் திருத்தங்கள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளதாக விளையாட்டு சங்கங்கள் கூறுகின்றன.
அதன்படி, கிரிக்கெட், ரக்பி, கால்பந்து, கராத்தே, தேசிய ஒலிம்பிக் கமிட்டி, டென்னிஸ் போன்ற பல விளையாட்டு சங்கங்கள் இந்த திருத்தங்களுக்கு எதிராக நீதித்துறை நடவடிக்கையில் இறங்க முடிவு செய்துள்ளன.
